A Fresh Start: First Day of School at LuHi
There’s nothing quite like the first day of school—the buzz of excitement in the air, friends reuniting, and a new chapter unfolding. This year at LuHi, the energy was even more palpable as we kicked off the 2024-2025 school year in our brand-new Academic Wing!
From the moment students stepped onto the grounds, there was amazing energy that filled the air. Smiles, laughter, and warm reunions filled the hallways as everyone eagerly caught up after the summer break. New faces were welcomed into the LuHi family, and familiar ones returned with renewed enthusiasm for the year ahead.
In classrooms, teachers were ready to inspire, and students embraced the chance to learn and grow. With notebooks open, hands raised, and minds eager to absorb, the first day set the tone for what will be a year full of discovery and progress. Beyond academics, the day was about re-establishing the strong sense of community that makes LuHi special.
Of course, this year was made even more exciting by the opening of our newly renovated Academic Wing. The new space immediately infused the day with a sense of fresh beginnings and opportunity. The modern design and advanced technology have created an environment that fosters both individual growth and collaborative learning.
As the first day wrapped up, there was a shared feeling of gratitude. Grateful for this new space, for each other, and for the blessings that have brought us to this moment. It’s clear that this year is not just about academics but about becoming the best version of ourselves as a community. We Are LuHi. We Are Blessed.
